Uniting Holding in Green Bay, WI seeks a Profile Technician to support manufacturing lines from materials through packaging. You will start lines, perform color and tool changeovers, and ensure color, pattern, length, and width meet client specs.
The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accurate data documentation. Forklift operation and basic computer skills are helpful; extrusion experience is a plus.
Successful Profile Technicians enjoy the challenges of working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while safely completing the processes associated with manufacturing order specific profiles beginning with our raw materials, handling quality checks,and then packaging the finished product.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily as well as the ability to handle situations by working as a team.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extrusion experience a plus.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to occasionally loud and PPE is required. Appropriate hearing protection while in the plant is required as noise levels within the facility meet OSHA requirements for hearing protection equipment.
