Job summary

Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. in Bowling Green, KY, is looking for Extrusion Team Members to support our manufacturing line. This hands-on role involves operating extrusion presses, monitoring quality, and maintaining safe, efficient production.

You will perform data entry in Excel, report issues, and contribute to a clean, drug-free workplace. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a $0.50 per hour shift differential where applicable, plus potential annual raises and opportunities

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required to run multiple machines and ensure quality.
• Basic Excel and data-entry skills for output, scrap and downtime reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain process consistency in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion press, stretching equipment/robot, and saws.
• Monitor material flow and adjust for quality and consistency.
• Perform data entry in Excel (output, scrap, downtime).
• Inspect product and report process issues.
