• Experience with manufacturing tools such as calculators, measuring cups, weigh scales, steel rules, tape measures, pro‑scales, calipers, comparators, protractors, laser gauges, warp gauges, tape guns, and staplers.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Kanban.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand in one place and perform continuous, repetitive movements for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safety glasses, ear protection, and closed‑toe shoes must be worn on the production floor.
