Job summary

Inteplast Group in Kentucky is hiring an Extrusion Stacker to ensure product quality and assist the Extrusion Technician with setup and troubleshooting. The role involves safe operation, documentation of measurements, and stacking according to schedule.

Shifts include 7:00am–3:30pm, 3:00pm–11:30pm, and 11:00pm–7:30am with a $1.00/hr differential on some shifts. Benefits, paid holidays, on‑the‑job training. Strong math and ruler-reading skills required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc.
• Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16".
• Available to work overtime when needed.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard hours.
• Capable of managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, professionalism, and cleanliness by following THM practices.
• Validate and document quality checks on production materials at set intervals.
• Assist the Extrusion Technician with upkeep and setup for production runs.
• Participate in continuous improvement by completing forms to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in Trial Production including machine setup, raw materials, or other trial activities.
• Support product development efforts when opportunities arise.
• Assist in PM program by completing assigned tasks.
• Relieve line Extrusion Technician for breaks and lunch.
• Complete wrapping and banding to package skids.
