Job summary

AZEK Company is hiring a Production Technician to support extrusion operations in a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment in Boise, Idaho. The role involves assisting the extrusion operator, maintaining quality checks, and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with a 6:45am–7:00pm schedule. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and the ability to read, write and understand English, plus basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; however, no prior experience is necessary.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion operator to run equipment and produce quality products.
• Complete production operator reports with attention to detail.
• Monitor and document quality checks (color, surface, size) to ensure product standards.
• Package finished material with proper labeling and pallet placement per instructions.
• Communicate daily issues to teammates and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies, practices and procedures.
