Qualifications

• Maintain neat, clean, orderly work area and cleaning of machines and workspaces after changes.
• Assist higher level Process Techs with online/tooling changes and line startup.
• Ensure machines run within Quality Assurance specifications on finished product.
• Maintain proper paperwork as required in the quality system manual.
• Perform and document QC measurements including visual inspection.

Responsibilities

• Keep each extrusion machine properly identified with scheduled parts.
• Assist in identifying correct materials and attaching them to the extrusion machine.
• Operate forklift in accordance with regulations and with an approved license.
• Fill out production tickets with accurate part numbers and weights for audits.
• Support QA policy and directives in daily tasks.
