Job summary

Responsibilities

Maintain a neat, clean, orderly work area and clean machines after changes/work completed.
Assist higher level Process Techs with online/tooling changes.
Assist higher level Process Techs in starting up extrusion lines and keeping machines running to meet QA specifications on finished product.
Assist in maintaining proper paperwork as required.
Ensure every machine has the correct part(s) identified as scheduled to run on the extrusion line.
Assist in identifying correct materials and attaching materials to the extrusion machine.
Operate a forklift in accordance with state and local regulations with an approved forklift license.
Support the established Quality Policy and adhere to the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructions.
Perform and document QC measurements including visual inspection to ensure product is within specification.
Fill out production tickets with the proper information for audit—e.g., part number, weight of lift, etc.
