Qualifications

• Prior machinery experience a plus.

• Willingness to learn new processes.
• Work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion press and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment daily for safety devices and issues.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, tape measure and height gauge.
• Read blueprints as needed for the job.
• Set up and operate extrusion press to shape aluminum profiles.
• Record production data and tolerances.
• Ensure quality parts and identify obvious manufacturing problems.
• Support Continuous Reliability Improvement initiatives.
