Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous press operator experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, use SPC and measuring devices.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Press operation and production execution.
• Operate single and double action, hydraulic, or mechanical presses and feed parts to complete production operations.
• Obtain first-piece approval before production runs and perform required production, SPC, and quality checks.
• Record quantities produced, scrap, materials used, and operations completed in the manufacturing operating system.
• Safety, housekeeping, and team support.
• Report equipment or die problems and support other departments as needed.
