Job summary

20/20 Custom Molded Plastics, LLC in Florida is seeking a Press Operator (Extrusion Technician B) to manufacture extruded products and meet safety, quality, output and cost standards. You will operate presses, trim flash, assemble and package and record production data.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, legal work eligibility in the U.S., and 1–3 years in manufacturing with good English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• 1–3 years experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Good communication, basic math and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including overtime, weekends and travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process finished products.
• Trim access flash and remove sprues from plastic.
• Assemble and package products.
• Use hand tools correctly.
• Record production data: counts, defects, quantities, downtime and uptime.
