Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop math.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand 8–12 hours on a concrete floor.
• Willingness to work in warm, industrial setting with noise, dust, and moving machinery.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines according to procedures.
• Perform setup and changeovers of extrusion lines, dies, and tooling.
• Inspect and measure extruded products for defects and dimensional accuracy.
• Document production data and quality checks accurately.
• Troubleshoot line issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Assist with material handling, packaging, and labeling as needed.
• Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors.
