Impact Plastics is seeking skilled Extrusion Operators to join its Hamlet, NC manufacturing team. You will operate and monitor extrusion equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and production output while coordinating with Extrusion Helpers and Supervisors to keep lines running efficiently.

This opportunity suits individuals with manufacturing experience who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and eager to grow their skills in plastics extrusion.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is highly desired.
• Extrusion experience is a plus; multilayer extrusion experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma; technical education preferred.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion equipment.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Set up extrusion equipment per job sheets and good manufacturing practices.
• Review production schedules and orders before shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and production records.
