Job summary

You will ensure continuous material flow, quality, and data accuracy in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires reading procedures, maintaining safety, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while working 2nd shift (3-11pm) with potential weekend overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Read and follow manuals, procedures, and safety rules.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate extrusion machinery to mix and package materials according to procedures.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation and quality.
• Document logs, data reports, and procedures; participate in training and continuous improvement.
