Job summary

A leader in building flow solutions is seeking an Extrusion Operator in Hutchinson, Minnesota. Join us for day shifts (6am – 6pm) with a 4x4 schedule and a pay range of $20.50-$27.22 per hour. Responsibilities include operating specialized extrusion equipment, maintaining production reports, and ensuring quality compliance. No manufacturing experience is required, and we offer a $1000 welcome bonus along with best-in-class health benefits and 160 hours of paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Good math skills are required, including familiarity with the metric system.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate computer-controlled equipment according to procedures.
• Perform die (tool) changes, changeovers, in-process checks and adjustments.
• Verify product quality using precision measuring devices.
• Record all required data on production reports accurately.
• Maintain work area to company 6S standards.
• Collect and submit Quality samples as required.
