ProAmpac in Westfield, MA is actively hiring for an Operations/Production role with a unique 12-hour, 4-on/4-off shift schedule. The position emphasizes monitoring processes, packaging, labeling, and strict adherence to ISO/GMP and safety standards in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Nine to twelve months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent time management and organization; handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication with leadership, staff, and clients.
• Proactive, sound judgment, problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the process and product to prevent non-conformance.
• Ensure ISO/GMP compliance and food safety practices.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve them.
• Package and label work-in-process and finished product.
• Document process conditions accurately.
• Maintain computer inventory.
• Machine maintenance and setup/cleanup.
