Sealed Air is seeking an Extrusion Operator in Louisville, KY to maintain product quality through gauge adjustments of extruder speed, temperature, and winder speeds. Training on first shift will occur on hiring, with a 2/2/3 rotating schedule.
Responsibilities include setting up equipment, following procedures for CNC/manufacturing equipment, selecting materials, and ensuring orders balance with production hours. SAP and Excel proficiency are required to monitor performance and safety metrics.

Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM; 2/2/3 rotating schedule
Pay Rate: $23.00
Will be training on 1st shift once hired (7 AM to 3 PM on a 2/2/3 rotating schedule).
Position Summary:
Extrusion Operators are responsible for maintaining the quality of material being produced by continual adjustments of gauges that control extruder speed, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds.
