Job summary

Novolex in Canandaigua, NY is seeking an Extrusion Operator to operate extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production quality standards and waste targets. You'll troubleshoot issues, monitor line performance, and collaborate with a team to maintain smooth operations.

Available shifts are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:30 PM–8:00 AM. Compensation starts at $22.34–$22.84 per hour, paid weekly, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team.

• Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
• Conduct quality checks and enter results.
• Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.

Extrusion Operator|Canandaigua,NY| HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Compensation:

• Competitive starting pay rate of $22.34-$22.84 per hour, paid weekly

Available Shift:

• 3:00PM-11:00 PM
• 11:30PM-8:00 AM

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
