Job summary

AHF Products is seeking a Material Handler in Cartersville, GA, to move and advance materials along an automated line or pack and label by hand. The role requires strict safety adherence and the ability to work in a non–climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include following SOPs for raw material handling, maintaining 5S standards, and reporting material status to the Supervisor. The position demands lifting up to 50 lbs, strong teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate responsibility and accountability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking and bending required.
• Work in a non–climate-controlled environment.
• Previous extrusion experience required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, procedures, and PPE in the manufacturing environment.
• Follow SOPs for supplying raw materials to production lines to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Adhere to SOPs for safe and efficient transport of WIP materials through all stages of manufacturing.
• Attend daily pre-shift production meetings.
• Apply and maintain 5S standards across all production work areas.
• Report lost, damaged, or non-conforming raw materials to the Supervisor.
• Accurately track daily production performance and submit reports to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including daily care of tools and equipment.
