Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems Incorporated in Town of Mosinee, WI is seeking an Extrusion Department Manager to lead our extrusion operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability while building a strong team culture.

You will coach employees, manage scheduling, monitor production metrics, and partner with Maintenance, Engineering, HR and Safety to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or a related degree in management.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and quality processes.
• Experience reading blueprints and part drawings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of finishing processes and painting aluminum is preferred.
• Experience using small hand tools is beneficial.

• Identify and pursue continuous improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity, processes, and cost.

Extrusion Department ManagerCrystal Finishing Systems is looking for an experienced Extrusion Department Manager to lead our extrusion operations and team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands manufacturing, knows how to drive performance, and can build a strong team culture around safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability.The Extrusion Department Manager will oversee department employees and manufacturing operations while working closely with other leaders and departments to keep production running safely and effectively.
