Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion equipment to manufacture products meeting specifications and safety standards.

• Troubleshoot routine extrusion and equipment issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Coordinate with batching, ingredients, and downstream operators to ensure proper product flow.
• Follow safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards; work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed.
