Qualifications

• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Wages up to $23.50 per hour, based on experience and shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines.
• Set up machines according to work order specs.
• Inspect products for quality and manage scrap processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping.
