Magnera is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support a 12-hour rotating shift schedule on day and night rotations. The role involves producing high-quality film products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will collaborate with supervision, engineering, and maintenance to optimize equipment performance and meet site goals. Candidates should have 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, be able to read specifications, and perform basic quality

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of standard office machines and computer software including MS Office Suite.
• Ability to operate, monitor, and adjust machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong reading and interpretation of work instructions, production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Completes safety orientation and forklift/truck certifications.
• Maintains accurate documentation of production data and line activities.
