Job Description:

• Operates equipment at or above acceptable levels of operation, including waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization, on a regular and safe basis.
• Troubleshoots, detects, and corrects machine-related problems through proper modifications to various sections of the machine.
• Invents new solutions to industrial problems.
• Provides assistance and guidance to less experienced employees.
• Completes necessary paperwork at the end of the shift.
• Inspects and identifies defective products, and makes machine adjustments to eliminate faults.
• Requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Qualifications:

• Dexterity in hands and coordination of hands and eyes.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to keep detailed records regularly.
• Analysis skills and math abilities (using calculators to determine and record production data).
• Basic troubleshooting skills for minor computer issues.
• Knowledge of production measurement tools (e.g., level).
• Understanding of product quality standards.
