Job summary

Mativ is seeking a hands-on extrusion line operator to join our Roanoke area team. You will set up, start, troubleshoot, and run the extrusion line, reading schedules, BOMs, and SOC to ensure product quality and on-time production.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Shift is 8AM–4PM with potential overtime and a $1 shift differential for hours 4pm–8am.

• Read and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Set up extrusion line per schedule and run shift.
• Read schedule, BOM, and SOC.
• Install tooling and ensure correct resin.
• Start up extrusion machine and adjust controls.
• Verify product is in spec and perform QC tests.
• Package finished product per instructions.
• Adhere to Food Safety Regulations as applicable.
• Store used tooling and clean up.
