Manpower in Minnesota is seeking an Extrusion Support Lead to drive extrusion production, lead teams, maintain quality, and support safety initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, blueprint reading, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Shifts are 6:30 PM–6:30 AM Monday to Wednesday and 6:30 PM–12:30 AM Thursday, with overtime as needed. Collaboration across departments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support extrusion production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Read die drawings and use inspection equipment to detect defects and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and workflows.
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate with operations and QA teams.
