Our client in manufacturing and industrial services seeks an Extrusion Support Lead to join the operations team. You will lead extrusion production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a safe working environment while driving improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proactive problem solving with cross-functional collaboration. Overtime and on-call shifts may be required to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret die drawings and inspect parts according to customer specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, math skills, and inspection equipment.

As an Extrusion Support Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Support Lead

Pay Range: $21+/hour

Shift: Monday-Wednesday: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Thursday: 6:30 PM - 12:30 AM
