Job summary

Arconic Corporation in Springdale, AR seeks a Lead to join our Extrusion Team. In this role you will drive day-to-day operational staffing, maintain schedules, and manage training plans to bridge skills gaps.

You will also coordinate TPM with the maintenance team and oversee extrusion supplies and tooling orders. The ideal candidate has prior leadership experience and is fluent in JDE, WorkBrain, and MS Office, with a solid understanding of extrusion processes and the ability to lift regularly

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience required.
• Fluent in JDE, WorkBrain and MS Office.
• General knowledge of extrusion processes.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand in one place for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive the day to day operational staffing
• Keep an up-to-date schedule posted
• Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix
• Monitor attendance and manage violations
• Ensure weekly EHS and HR SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time
• Ensure C8 completion
• Manage all supplies and tooling orders
• Keep track of extrusion supplies and reorder as needed
• Manage Production Control “Lists”
• Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance
• Manage/assign labor for each AM
• Complete tasks and add comments in EAM
• Audit AMs and provide feedback to Leads
• Review/revise AM tasks as needed

In this role, you will:
