Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of extrusion blow molding experience.
Experience with mechanical/electrical/electronic systems preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
Ability to train and mentor technical personnel.
Effective communication, teamwork and time management.

Responsibilities

Monitor and optimize blow molding machine performance, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with established process parameters and operating standards.
Identify and resolve process variations, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on molds and molding equipment.
Verify raw materials meet production requirements before processing.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment.
Document, communicate, and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Assist with training and development of machine operators.
