Job summary

Precision Concepts International LLC in Miami is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) Process Technician to support our manufacturing operation. In this hands-on role, you will set up equipment, optimize process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Production and Quality teams to maintain stable, efficient production of plastic containers and components.

Qualifications

Two to three years of hands-on plastics processing equipment experience.
Experience with extrusion/blow molding or thermoforming is preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

Set up, start, and adjust extrusion blow molding equipment per product specs and schedule.
Adjust process parameters to maintain optimal operating conditions.
Monitor temperatures, pressures, cycle times, screw speed, and other critical parameters.
Optimize machine settings to improve stability, productivity, and quality while reducing scrap.
Maintain accurate records of process parameters, adjustments, and changes.
Verify finished products meet dimensional, weight, wall-thickness, and visual specs.
Collaborate with Quality to investigate deviations and prevent defects.
Diagnose and correct process problems and provide technical support to production staff.
Recommend improvements to molds, equipment, tooling, and parameters.
Follow safety requirements and use PPE; maintain organized area and report hazards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
