Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Extrusion Assistant for the Extrusion Department. The role involves preparing materials, loading and unloading rolls, changing rubber/chill rolls, and ensuring waste is properly managed.

You will help keep the area stocked and transport product with a forklift, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position offers a 2-2-3 rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a growing, global leader in flexible packaging.

Qualifications

• Prepare and handle raw materials and resins.
• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
