Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin is seeking an Extrusion Assistant for the Extrusion Department. You will prepare and handle raw materials and resins, load/unload rolls, and manage waste and scrap materials with a safety-first approach.

You'll work on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating shift, with Saturdays and Sundays overtime and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support career growth at a global leader in flexible packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
• Properly manage waste and scrap materials.
• Keep machine areas stocked with materials.
• Store and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Use forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
