Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Extrusion Assistant Operator at Sussex, WI. The role supports the Extruding Department in producing high-quality blown film with a strong emphasis on safety and following detailed procedures.

You will assist with line operation, manage materials, and gain proficiency to independently run an extrusion line. The position offers a three-day weekend schedule and night shift premium.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete the first week of training on day shift before transitioning to night shift.
• Comfort working Monday through Thursday with a three-day weekend each week.

Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking an Extrusion Assistant Operator to join their team. As an Extrusion Assistant Operator, you will be part of the Extruding Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to safety, the ability to learn and follow detailed production procedures, and the drive to help produce high-quality blown film efficiently.

Job Title: Extrusion Assistant Operator

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $20.00/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Shift: B Shift (Monday–Thursday, 6:45 PM–6:45 AM; first week of training on day shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM–6:45 PM)
