The responsibilities include feeding hoppers, maintaining machinery, keeping the work area clean, completing production forms, and assisting the Extrusion Operator with spools. Paid benefits and a competitive hourly wage accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with power tools and basic machinery is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fill hoppers with plastic film blow as needed
• Maintain and service production machinery as required
• Collect trash, debris and other waste to keep the work area clean and safe
• Complete required production forms
• Assist the Extrusion Operator with changing bobbing spools
• Transfer scrap materials to assigned area
• Operate film blow scrap/recycle machinery
• Weigh, scan and transport finished products to assigned area
• Conduct other tasks as assigned by extrusion operator/supervisor
