Job summary

Alexandria Industries, located in Minnesota, is seeking a full-time on-site Manufacturing Operator to manage the west side of aging ovens, stage ovens, start aging cycles, move material, and organize alloy between presses. You will participate in 5S initiatives and ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.

Required are a high school diploma and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and read die drawings.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staging ovens and aging cycle operations in the west side area.
• Ensure safety priority and maintain a clean 5S work environment.
• Meet delivery schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with material handling, alloy receiving, and equipment operations.
