Job summary

Vytron Corp is seeking a manufacturing associate for packaging and quality control tasks in our Neenah, Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on box/crate packing, labeling, and palletizing while following the Quality Control Plan and using calipers to verify specifications.

The position requires operating various machinery, performing colorant measurements, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or its equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery and precision measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Packaging merchandise into boxes/crates per the quality control plan.
• Perform quality control tasks including measuring and recording results.
• Maintain material flow by ensuring hopper has adequate raw material and colorant is properly mixed.
• Set up and adjust extruder and other tooling per job specifications.
