Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking Production Machine Operators to run blow-mold equipment and support the manufacture of quality bottles at our Reidsville, NC facility.

You will operate a variety of production equipment, perform quality checks, and follow GMP procedures. Training is provided; strong English skills and safety-mindedness are essential for success. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English communication skills and commitment to safe work practices.
• Prior manufacturing experience is not required, but willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Ability to operate or be trained to operate production equipment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold machines to produce quality bottles.
• Perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
• Adhere to GMP and quality procedures; adjust processes to meet specs.
• Repair or replace pneumatic and hydraulic lines as needed.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
• Document maintenance and daily line reports; track line efficiencies.
• Train new staff as required.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Overtime may be required due to business needs.
