Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Levittown, PA is hiring an Extruder Operator to support extrusion equipment and production runs. You will load materials, monitor processes, clamp and stage finished products, and keep a clean, safe workstation.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to read a tape measure will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure or ruler.
• Basic math, reading and writing abilities.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience using basic hand tools, such as Allen wrenches.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of extrusion equipment.
• Load and unload materials using lifting equipment as needed.
• Monitor production runs and support machine operators.
• Secure and stage finished products for shipment or storage.
• Assist with machine cleaning and shutdown procedures.
• Label and organize raw materials and finished products.

• Prepare materials and supplies for the oncoming shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
