Qualifications

As an Extruder Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of plastic products by setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machines. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring the extrusion process, making necessary adjustments, and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Additionally, you will work closely with team members to ensure that production goals are met and safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the extrusion process, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities

This position has a schedule of 4-10 hours shifts, Monday through Thursday. Shift A - 7:00am to 5:00pm; Training on Shift A for 8 weeks, then transition to Shift B - 5:00pm to 3:00am.
