Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Machine Coordination: You’ll manage "Take-Up" machines- large motorized reels that neatly wind the finished cable as it comes off the line- ensuring the tension is perfect and the product is ready for shipping.
• Precision Testing: Using specialized tools like calipers (digital measuring devices), you will verify that the cable walls are the exact thickness required for safety and performance.
• Digital Branding: You will program inkjet systems to print vital safety codes and branding directly onto the cable jacket.
• Quality Verification: Ensure that every foot of cable created is built to exact specifications, labeled correctly, and packaged securely.

Required Qualifications

• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict productivity standards. You should be comfortable adapting to changing production needs while keeping a clean, organized workspace.
