Job summary

Nestlé Springville, UT is hiring for a Prep Operator to operate the Extructor and support production on 1st or 2nd 10‑hour rotating shifts. Qualifications

• Must follow GMP, USDA policies and the food safety program.
• Able to read and write basic English and understand verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates the Extructor machine and troubleshoots as needed to produce quality product.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Eliminate cheese waste and fill out scrap and WIP tickets.
• Obtain and calibrate scales when needed.
• Maintain proper labeling and appearance of cheese and mixtures.
• Monitor temperature and condensation; work with team members to ensure safety.
