Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR is seeking an experienced Extract Operator to manage daily extraction processing, filtration, and related tasks on the Extraction Team.

You will ensure safe, efficient operation of extraction equipment, log data, and report quality results while upholding SOPs and quality standards.

This role requires at least 1 year in production, ability to lift 50+ lbs, flexible shifts including weekends, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of production-related experience.
• Basic computer proficiency for logging data.
• Ability to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of extraction technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate extraction systems and equipment per SOPs.
• Log and report processing data and quality results.
• Monitor processes and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Collaborate with QA, Packaging, Warehouse, Maintenance.
• Assist in continual improvement initiatives.
• Lift 50+ lbs and work in hot/cold, loud, and wet conditions.
