Job summary

Kerry Bethlehem, PA is seeking a meticulous Coffee Extractor to join our manufacturing team. You will operate coffee extraction systems, manage CIP cycles, and ensure GMP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will document batch data using SAP, coordinate with QA and maintenance, and help maintain product quality and efficiency in our liquid beverage division.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and equipment operation.
• Ability to interpret production documentation and follow SOPs.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Proficiency in SAP for batch entry and production tracking with handheld scanners and computers (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with CIP procedures and reverse osmosis systems.
• Experience using HMIs and an automated manufacturing process.

Position Overview We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Coffee Extractor to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is essential for producing high-quality coffee extracts through the precise operation of specialized equipment, including CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems and reverse osmosis machines. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and expertise in batch management using SAP software. You will ensure that all processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Compensation Data

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour.
