Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a qualified scientist to perform extractables and leachables testing using GC-MS, LC-MS and ICP-MS in a GMP laboratory environment. The role emphasizes data generation, interpretation, and technical documentation.

You will work in a collaborative team, contribute to method validation and ensure compliance with cGxP and company policies while maintaining rigorous records and performing multiple tasks concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• OR Master’s degree with any relevant industry experience
• Experience in GC-MS, LC-MS, and/or ICP-MS
• Experience operating inside of a GMP lab space
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Experience writing and reviewing detailed technical documents
• Experience with an electronic laboratory information management system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivated, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Interacts professionally with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Assists with method validation, as needed.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance ofRensselaer, NY are encouraged to apply. Pay is between $26.00-32.00/hr and determined based on experience.
