Required Education and/or Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrange tables/chairs for meetings and events as requested by facility guests;
Assist facility guests in the use of IT equipment;
Facility cleaning, organizing, and storing conference equipment;
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Be a responsible and dependable person;
Possess excellent communication and organizational skills;
Be self-motivated, and customer-service oriented;
Be able to work independently and as a part of a productive team;
Be flexible and willing to pitch in when and where they are needed;
Be resourceful in finding appropriate information to answer customer and employee questions;
