Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate routine production machinery according to prints and specifications.
2. Carry out routine activities to produce the required quantity of parts within specifications and tolerances.
3. Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards.
4. Maintain logs and records of units produced; report errors leading to rejects or discards.
5. Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper setup and perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
7. Follow safety regulations.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possess a high school diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for production machinery.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.
