Qualifications

• Bachelora0degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of accounting/finance experience including three years of supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Public company SEC reporting experience preferred (Forms 10-Q/10-K, MD&A).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end preparation and coordination of SEC filings in compliance with US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Oversee external reporting calendars, checklists, and filing timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs with stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage, coach, and develop the external reporting team.
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Support SOX compliance and internal controls related to external reporting.
• Review disclosures for GAAP and SEC compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve disclosure quality and reporting efficiency.
• Support external reporting technology usage, including Workiva.
