Job summary

Keystone Management, LLC is seeking a dependable individual to pressure wash and clean at the Atlanta-area Marta station locations. You will use high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel, and you may lift to access high areas, strip and seal floors, and maintain stainless surfaces.

This full-time role requires working a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift, being able to travel to sites around Atlanta, and passing background checks and drug screenings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash and clean concrete and steel structures.

• Strip and seal floors; clean and polish stainless steel; wipe windows and signs.
• Sweep and remove debris; lift up to 60–75 pounds as needed.
• Work outside in all weather; travel to Atlanta-area sites.

Pay: $17.00 (Bi-weekly)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Summary

Keystone Management, LLC is looking for an individual who can demonstrate maturity, a solid work ethic, and dependability to pressure wash and clean with purpose and urgency at the Atlanta-area Marta station locations.

This individual will be using high-pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to operating a lift to pressure wash and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris, and removing trash from the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed.
• Follow instructions and take direction from others on the team.
• Use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling.
• Work in conditions that include loud noise, fumes, and working on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.
• Lift 60 pounds without assistance.
• Atlanta-area site travel is involved.
• Pass a drug test.
• Perform other duties assigned.
