External Operations Coordinator
This strategic role oversees and optimizes the performance of over 5 external yard partner locations across the nation. The coordinator will develop and implement operational strategies to deliver outstanding service, maximize efficiency, and drive profitability.

- Fort Worth, TX, with up to 25% travel

Compensation
- Competitive base salary, benchmarked to regional market standards, plus quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external yard locations, conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects of external yard locations, including reconditioning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer service. Establish and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with scheduling, parts, transportation, dealerships, and repair shops to optimize workflow and ensure seamless customer service. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
- Inventory and Asset Management: Implement and oversee robust inventory management systems and conduct regular audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service using technology and data analytics.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies; implement quality assurance programs.
- Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports, identify trends, track progress, and make data‑driven decisions; present findings to senior management.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of trucks, repairs, and service requirements.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities accurately.
- Independent worker with a process‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations.
