AnnieMac Home Mortgage is hiring Full Time External Mortgage Loan Originators to establish referral source relationships for a steady loan volume from real estate brokers and other external sources. Under supervision of the Branch Manager, you will sell mortgage loans, pre-qualify borrowers, and coordinate disclosures.

Responsibilities include building realtor relationships, attending closings and seminars, and maintaining borrower communications through the application and closing process.

Qualifications

• Experience selling mortgage loans to customers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with realtors and other referral sources.
• Ability to pre-qualify borrowers and explain loan options.
• Comfort with coordinating disclosures and closing processes.

Responsabilités

• Sell mortgage loans to customers away from and outside of AnnieMac Home Mortgage's offices.
• Generate new business by building relationships with realtors and other professionals.
• Participate in mortgage sales activities, including closings and seminars.
• Take borrower information and fill out loan applications.
• Develop relationships with referral partners to generate new customers.
• Analyze income and debt to pre-qualify borrowers.
