Responsibilities
- Complete all phases of the Management Development Program.

- Finish Leadership Curriculum with departmental rotations.
- Develop understanding of key business metrics and revenue drivers.
- Build strong cross-department relationships.

The Live! Casino & Hotel Management Development Program is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates interested in building a career in the gaming, hospitality, and entertainment industry. This unique opportunity provides the Casino Operations Management Associate with exposure to a wide range of operational and business functions including Casino Operations, Table Games, Slot Operations, Marketing, Player Development, Finance, Human Resources, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Security, and Entertainment.
The Casino Operations Management Associate will participate in the Live! Management Development Program (MDP), designed to develop future leaders within the organization. The program combines hands‑on operational experience, leadership development, management coaching, and business training to build a strong foundation for a successful career in casino management.
The Casino Operations Management Associate will rotate through key departments across the property to gain a comprehensive understanding of casino operations and how each area contributes to the overall guest experience, operational excellence, and business performance. Associates will work alongside frontline team members, department leaders, and senior executives, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of operating a premier gaming and entertainment destination.
This immersive experience allows Associates to identify their strengths and interests while preparing for future leadership opportunities within Live! Casino & Hotel.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Commit to the successful completion of all phases of the Management Development Program to be considered for future leadership opportunities within the company.
- Participate in rotational assignments throughout casino and supporting operations, including gaming, guest services, marketing, hotel operations, and food & beverage.
- Gain firsthand knowledge of casino operations, gaming procedures, regulatory compliance requirements, and guest experience standards.
- Complete the Live! Leadership Development Curriculum in conjunction with departmental rotations.
- Develop an understanding of key business metrics, operational performance indicators, and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and leaders across all operational areas.
- As a 24/7 operation, work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts depending on rotational assignments.
- Master and uphold the Live! 5 Service Standards to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
- Support initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and departmental performance.
- Foster memorable and engaging guest experiences that promote loyalty and repeat visitation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Casino Management, Gaming Operations, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Flexible working schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Must be open to relocation based on future open positions with the organization.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by theState Gaming Control Agency.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Must be able to work in a loud, high-energy environment.
- Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
- Must be able to handle multi-tasking heavy work‑exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and squat.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
- Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

- 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
- Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
